Once we agree that it’s the right fit we will compile the perfect team to bring that vision to life. We will design every detail inspired by your vision and with your approval along the way, make your event anything but ordinary. We will manage every vendor and when the event comes around, we will develop a comprehensive schedule to incorporate every detail. One of our seasoned producers will remain on site from the beginning of set-up to the end of load-out so that you are able to enjoy every moment. Leave the details to us - it’s what we do!

Crunch-Time Package
There are some people who really DO want to plan their own events.
We get it!
But, after spending all of that time and money, you'll want to enjoy it! That’s where we take over. One of our expert producers will consult with you up to one month prior to your event date. All of your contacts, contracts, and inside information will be shared with our team whereupon we will make contact with all of your vendors to confirm deliverables. We will create a comprehensive schedule to incorporate every detail of your event. We will cross every “t” and dot every “i” while you are fully “in-the-moment”.
Someone from our team will remain on-site from start to finish to oversee everything so that you can sit back and enjoy!
